to the Defendants for the property sought to be appropriated, and the ~

Court having ratified the Stipulation, and being fuZly advised in the ~
premises, ~

_ It is, thereupon, CONSIDEREDe ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. That the title to the property described as follows, to-wit: ~
Lots 11 through 19 inclusive of Biock 5 af the Re-P].at ~
of Sunset Park Subdivision as per plat thereof on file ~
in Plat Book 11, at page 28 of the public records of ~
St. Lucie County, Florida .

which vested in the Petitioner pursuant to the Order of Taking and ~
deposit of money heretofare made, is approved, ratified and confirmed, ~
and

2. That the Clerk of the above entitled Court is hereby
ordered and directed to pay from the iEunds heretofore or to be deposited
in the registry of the Court by the Petitioner, the sum of Nine Hundred #

Dollars ($900.00), which sum is the amount awarded by the Court as full ~
and just compensation to the Defendants. . ~
3. That as.part of the full and just compensation the Defendants ~

shall have the right, within two years from the date of this Judgment, ~

to r~move excess fill dirt owned by the Petitioner located in Fort
