WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the ag-
gregate sum named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the mor~
gagor hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveya and confirms unto the mortgagee all

St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lot 9, Block 5, Pinecrest Estates, Unit No. One, a Subdivision according to the Plat -
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, page 34, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
This is a purchase money second mortgage.
Sub3ect to that certain mortgage recorded in 0. R. Book 282 page 30b of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in favor of Administrator of Veternas Affairs.

land as aforesaid ; that the mortgagor will make such further assurances to perfect the fee simple
title to said land in the mortgagee as may reasonably be required; that the mortgagor hereby full~•
