good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknow~edged, hereby gives, grants, sells and conveys to PERRY ~

CABLE TV CORP., a Florida corporation, its agents, successors,
and assigns (Grantee), a non-exc~usive easement throughout the I

Such easement shall be for the location, placement, replacement
and maintenance of all wires, cables, amplifiers, L•erminal boxes
and any other electrical equipment or pezsonal property of the
Grantee, its successors or assigns, required or useful for provi-
ding cable television services throughout the property described
above.
AND the said Grantor further as an incident to the said ~

easement gives and grants permission and authority to said
Grantee, its successors and assigns, upon reasonable request, to
