The decedent, WILLIAM SCOTT WAUGH, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on February 24, 1983, and ~ ~ Letters of Administration werE issued to Petitioner on May 31, 1983. f 2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting cantaining a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the commencement of administration of this estate. 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or makin3 provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses of administration. 4. The amount of compensation to be paid to the personal representative, and to the attorneys employed by the personal representative is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto. 5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any. 6. Petitioner has made distribution of the assets of the estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached hereto as Exhibit B. 7.
