THS UNDBRSIGNED, MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK, a national banking
corporation, the owner and holder of that certain mortgage executed by Lucille Y. Costa,
Inc., dated September 28, 1972, recorded on October 3, 1972, in Official Records Book 206
at Page 2585 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the Mortgage executed
by George A. Costa and Lucille V. Costa dated October 17, 1973, recorded on October 17,
1973, in Official Records Book 220 at Page 2870 and re-recorded on November 30, 1973, in
Official Records Book 221 at Page 1149 of the Public ftecords of St. Lucie County, Florida,
such m~rtgages having been modified and consolidated by Mortgage Modification,
Consolidation and Extension A~ceeement dated as of June 10, 1977, among Lucille V. Costa,
Inc,; George A. Costa; Lucille V. Costa; and Joseph R. McMahon, as Receiver, recorded on
September 23, 19??, in Official Records Book 274 at Page 2297 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and such mortgages having been further modified and
supplemented by a certain Restatement, Modification and Supplement to Mortgage executed
by Lucille V. Costaf Inc.; George A. Costa anci Lucille V. Costa, individually; Ocean Park
Association, Inc., a Florida corporation; Gerald H,, Gline, as Receiver; a*~d The Sands L~ke
View Development, a Florida partnership, on November 5, 1980, and recorded in Official
Records Book 342 at Page 1670 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby
acknowledges the payment of the sum of TWO THOUSAND FNE HUNDRED AND
NO/100THS (;2,500.00) DOLLARS, with interest, from THE SANDS LAKE _ VIEW
DEVELOPMENT, a Florida partnership,
WHEREBY, THE SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT has requested iVIIDLANTIC
NATIONAL BANK to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said premises
encumbered by the aforedescribed mortgages, from the lien and operation of said
mortgaoes;
NOW THEREFORB, KNOW YE That MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK, in
consideration of the premises and of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars to it paid by THE
SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMEATT at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt
? whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge
from the lien and operation of said mortgages unto THE SANDS LAKE VIEW
DEVELOPMENT and assigns all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the
- premises conveyed by said mortgages, to-wit:
The Condominium Parcel known as Apartment 22201 in
Building 22 of Phase ~ of THE SANDS, A CONDONIlNIUM,
SECTION II ~the "Condominium") according to the Declaration of
~ Condominium thereof, recorded in Official ftecords Book 438 , at
Pages 1589 through 1682 , of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, as such Declaration may have been amended by any amendments
~ thereto hereto filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
~ including but not limited to any amendment to add the aforesaid Phase to
~ the Condominium (if such Phase be other than Phase I thereof). ~

~ This instrument is also intended to release the aforedescribed property from the
following UCGl Financing Statements filed in the Public ftecords of St. Lucie County, '
~ Florida, File # 506466 in Official Records Book 342 at Pages 1713-1715; File # 506467 in
~ Official ftecords Book 342 at Pages 1716-1718; File # 506468 in Officisl Records Book 342
at Pages 1719-1721; File # 506469 in Official Records Book 342 at Pages 1722-1724;
~ File # 506470 in Official Records Book 342 at Pages 1725-1727; and File # 506471 in
~ Official Itecords Book 342 at Pages 1728-1730.
TO HAYE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto THE SANDS LAKE
VIEW DEVELOPMENT and its assigns forever, freed, exonerated and dischargd of and from
the lien of said mortgages, and every part thereof; provided, always, nevertheless, that
nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or
~ encumbrance of the aforesaid mortgages on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises,
~ not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
