THS UNDERSIGNSD, HARBOB FEDBRAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION,
fo: merly First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the United States of America, the owner and holder of that
certain mortgage dated November 2, 1983, executed by The Sands Lake View Development,
a Florida partnership, and recorded on November 1983, in Official Records Book 415, at
Pages 2604 through 2613, inclusive, of the Public Records of St. Lucie Caunty, Florida,
hereby acknowledges the payment of the sum of EIGHTY - SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRID
AND NO/100-------------------- 86,400.00 ) DOLLARS, with interest,
from THE SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT, a Florida partnership,
WHEREBY, THE SAND3 LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT has request~d HARBOR
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION to release the premises hereinafter
described, being part of said premises encumbered by the aforedescribed mortgages, from
the lien snd operation of said mortgages:
NOW THEREFOR~, KNOW YS That HARBOR FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of Ten (~10.00) Dollacs to it
paid by THE SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT at the time of the execution hereof, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exon~rate and
discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgages unto THE SANDS LAKE VIEW
DEVELOP MENT and assigns all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the
premises conveyed by said mortgages, to-wit:

Building 22 of Phase v of THE SANDS, A CONDOMINIUM,
SECTION Il~the "Condominium") according to the Declaration of
Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 438 , at
Pages 1589 through 1b82 of the Public Records o St. Lueie
County, Florida, as such Declaration may have been amended by any
amendments thereto hereto filed in the Publie Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, including but not limited to any amendment to add the aforesaid
Phase to the Condominium (if such Phase b~ other than Phase I thereof).
This instrument is also intended to release the aforedescribed property from the
following UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded on November 9, 1983, in Offieial Records
Book 416, at Page 614, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAYE AND TO IiOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto THE 3ANDS LAKE
VIEW DEVELOPMENT and its assigns forever, freed, exonerated and dischargd of and from
the lien of said mortgages, and every part thereof; provided, always, nevertheless, that
e nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien ar
! encurnbrance of the aforesaid mortgages on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises,
~ not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
