HomeMy WebLinkAbout0960 , ' PARTIAL RBLEASB OF MOftTGAGS 6~t~1 THE UNDERSIGNED, LBHMAN dc WASSBRMAN, a pcofessional corporation, the owner and holder of that certain mortgage executed by The Sands Lake View Development dated November S, 1980, and recorded in Official Records Book 342 at Page 1822 through 1846, inclusive, of the Public Becords of St. I~ucie County, Florida, hereby acknowledges the payment of the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100THS ($250.00) DOLLARS, with interest, from THE SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT, a Florida partnership, WHSKBBY, THE SEINDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT has requested LEHMAN dc WASSERMAN to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said premises encumbered by the aforedescribed mortgages, from the lien and operation of said mortgages: NOW THEREFORE, HNOW YS That LEHMAN dc WASSERMAN in consideration of the premises and of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars to it paid by THE SANDS LAKE VIE~V DEVELOPMENT at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt ~vhereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgages unto THE ~AND6 LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT and essigns all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgages, to-wit: The Condominium Parcel known as Apartment22201 in Building 22 of Phase v of THE SANDS, A CONDOMINIUM, SECTION II ~the "Condominium") according to the Declaratian of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 438 , at Pages 1589 through 1682 , of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as such Declaration may have been amended by any amendments thereto hereto filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, including but not limited to any amendment to add the aforesaid Phase to the Condominium (if such Phase be other than Phase I thereof). TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, wi[h appurtena~ces, unto THE SAND6 LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT and its assigns forever, freed, exonerated and dischargd of and from the lien of said mortgages, and every part thereof; provic3ed, always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywis~ impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid mortgages on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
