of that certain mortgage dated November 1975, executed by George A. Costa and '
Lucille V. Costa and Lucille V. Costa, Ine., recorded November 7, 1975, in Official Records '
Book 245 at Page 1776 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as modified by
Mortgage Modification Agreement dated June 30, 1978, cecorded September 1, 197$, in
Official Records Book 293 at Page 1563 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, '
and as further modified by Restated Mortgage Modification Agreement executed by
Lucille V. Costa; George A. Costa; Lucille V. Costa, Inc.; Ocean Park Association, Inc., a
Florida corporation; Gerald H. Gline, as Receiver; snd The Sands Lake View Development, a
Florida partnership, on November 5, 1980, and recorded in Official Records Book 342 at
Page 1808 through 1821, inclusive, of the Publie Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
hereby acknowledges the payment of the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/200THS
(~450.00) DOLLARS, with interest, from THE SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPblENT, a
Florida partnership, 'I
WHEftEBY, THE SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT has requested SOUTHEAST !
BANK, N.A, to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said premises
encumbered by the aforedescribed mortgages, from the lien and operation of saic~
mortgages:

the premises and of the sum of Ten (~10.00) Dollars to it psid by THE SANDS LAKE VIEW '
DEVELOPMENT at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby '
acknowledged, does cemise, re?pase, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and
operation of said mortgages unto THE SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT and a~igns all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgages,
to-wit:

Condominium thereof, recorded in Officiai Records Book 438 , at

County, Florida, as such Declaration may have been amended by any
arnendments thereto hereto filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, including but not limited to any amendment to add tt~e aforesaid ~

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenanees, unto THE SANDS LAKE
~ VIEW DEVELOPMENT and its assigns forever, freed, exonerated and dischargd of and from
i the lien of said mortgages, and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that

~ nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or
~ encumbrance of the aforesaid mortgages on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises,
not hereby released therefrom, or sny of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
