PARTIAL RELE~SB OF MORTGAGE
THS UNDBRSIGNED, BANKBRS TBUST COMPANY, a New York banking
corporation, the owner and holder of thet certain mortgage executed by Lucille V, Costa,
Inc,, dated :Viarch 20, 1974, and recorded in Official Records Book 225 at Page 570 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as modified and extended by Modification and
Extension of Mortgage and Collateral Mortgage dated June 8, 1977, cecorded July 19, 1977,
in Official Records Book 271 at Page 626 of the Public Aecords of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and as further modified and extended by Modification and Extension of ;Viortgage and
Collateral Mortgage dated November 5, 1980, executed by The Sands Lake View
Development, a Fl~cida Partnership, and The Sands Ocean View Development, a Florida
Partnership, on November 5, 1980, and recorded in Official Records Book 342 at Page 1731
through 1797, inclusive, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby
acknowledge~ the payment of the sum of ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND
NO/100THS (~1,400.00) DOLLARS, with interest, from THE SANDS LAKE VIE~9
DEVELOPMENT, a Florida partnership,
VIiHEREBY, THE SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT has requested BANKERS
TRUST COMPANY to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said
premises encumbered by the aforedescribed mortgages, fram the lien and operation of said
mortgages:
NOW THBREFORE, RNOW Y8 That BANKERS TRUST COMPANY in consideration
of the premises and of the sum of Ten ($lU.QO) Dollars to it paid by THE SANDS LAKE ~lIE~V
DEYELOP MENT at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and
operation of said mortga~es unto THE SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT and assigns all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgages,
to-wit:
The Condominium Parcel known as Apartment 22201 in
Building 22 of Phase V of THE SANDS, A COND01~llNIUM,

This instrument is also intended to release the aforedescribed property from the
following UCC-1 Financing Statements filed in the Public ftecords of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, File # 506473 in Official Records Book 324 at Pages 1798-1800 and File # 506474 in
s Official Records Book 324 at Pages 1801-1803.
k TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto THE SANDS LAKE
! VIE~9 DEVELOPMENT and its assigns forever, freed, exonerated and dischargd of and from
~ the lien of said mortgages, and every part thereof; provided, always, nevertheless, that
f nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or
encumbrance of the aforesaid mortgages on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises,
not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
