View Development dated May 31, 1984, and recorded in Official Recoeds Book 433, at
Page 1689, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby acknowledges the
peyment of the sum of TEN DOLLARS (;10.00) and othec good and valuable consideration,
from THE SAND6 LAKE VLEW DEVELOPMENT, a Florida partnership,
WHER.EBY, THE SAND6 LAKS VIEW DEVELOPMENT has r~quested FOCUS ftEAL
ESTATE FINANCE CO. to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said
premises encumbered by the aforedescribed mortgages, from the lien and operation of said
mortgages: .
NOW THSREFOAB, HNOW YS That FOCUS REAL ESTATE FINANCE CO. in
consideration of the premises and of the sum of Ten (~10.00) Dollars to it paid by THE
SANDS LAKE VIEW DEVELOPMENT at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt
whereof is hereby seknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerete and discharge ,
from the lien and operation of said mortgages unto THE SANDS LAKE VIEW
DEVELOPMENT and assigns all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the
premises conveyed by said mortgages, to-wit:
The Condominium Pareel known as Apartment 22201 in
Buiiding 22 of Phase v of THE SANDS, A CONDOMINIUiVI,
~ SECTION-~the "Condominium") according to the Declaration of
Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Bo~k 438 , at
pages 1589 through 1682 of the Public Records o St. Lucie
County, Florid as such Declaration may have been amended by any
amendments thereto hereto filed in the Public Records of St. Lueie County,
Florida, including but not limited to any amendment to add the aforesaid
Phase to the Condominium (if such Phase be other than Phase I thereof}.
This instrument also releases Financing Statement Recorded May 31, 1984 in '
~ Official Records Book 433, at Page 1898 and Assignment of Leases and Cash Collateral
~ Recorded May 31, 1984 in Official Records Book 433, at Page 1878, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAYS AND TO IiOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto THE SANDS LAKE
VIEW DEVELOPMENT and its assigns forever, freed, exonerated and dischargd of and from
the lien of said rnortgages, and every part thereof; provided, elways, nevertheless, that
nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or
encumbrance of the aforesaid mortgages on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises,
not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
