This Rider is made this 24th day of October , 1984 .
and is incorporated into and s~iall be deemed to amend and supple-
ment the Mo~tgage, Deed of Trust, or Deed to Secured Debt (the
"Security Instr~nnent") of the same date given by the undersigned
( the "Borrower" ) to secure Borrower~ s Note to FIRST UNION SAVINGS AND
LOAtr ASSOCIATIDN, a Florida Corporation ( the "Lender ) of ttte same date
the "Note ) and covering the property described in the Security
InStr~nent and loCated at 1733 S.E. Floresta Lrive, Port St. Lucie, Florida.

In addition to the covenants and agreements made in the
Sec urity Instrument, Borrower and Lender further covenant and ;
agree as follows:
A. P1tOHIBITION OF FURTHBR BNCt)MBRANCB
The Security Instrunent is amended to include the following
as an additional covenant of Borrower: ~
24. Agreement Not to Further Bncu~sber. As part of the ~
inducement for Lender to Make the Loan evidenced ~y the Note and
Mortgage, Borrower covenants and agrees not to mortgage, finance,
or otherwise further enc ~nber any interest (either legal or
beneficial) in or any par~ of the Property, without the prior
written consent of Lender. In the event any such enceunbrance is
made by the Borr~wer, Lender, at Lender's option, may declare all
the s~ras secured by the Mortgage to be immediately due and pay-
~ able. If Lender exercises such option to accelerate, Lender
shall mail Borrower notice of acceleration in accordance wi~.h
paragraph 14 hereof. Such notice shall provide a period of not
le~s than thirty (30) days from the date of notice is ma?led
within which Borrawer may pay the sums declared due. If Borrower
~ails to apply such sur~s prior to the expiration of such period,
Lender may, without further notice or demand on Borrower, invoke
~ any remedies permitted by paragraph 18 of th~ Mortgage.
