RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL AGREEMENT
T~iIS RIGHT OF ~IRST REFUSAL AGREEMEPIT ("Agreement").
made this day of November ~ 1984 by and between NATHAN
JOHANSON~ whose post office address is Post Office Box 397, Fort
Pierce, Florida 33454, hereinafter referred to as "Owner" and
GOLD COAST ASSOCIATES, LTD., an Alabama Limited Partnership, or
its assigns, whose post office address is Post Office Box 4480,
Montgomery, Alabama 36195, hereinafter referred to as
"Optionee".
WITNESSETY, :
Owner and Optionee, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consid-
erations paid by each of the parties to the other simultaneously
with the execution of this Agreement, the receipt and suffi-
ciency of which are hereby severally acknowledged, hereby cove-
nant and agree as follows:
1. Grant of Right of First Refusal. Owner, pursuant
; to the terms and conditions of this Agre~ment, hereby grants, ~

; bargains, sells and convey unto said Optionee, Optionee's heirs, I
~
~ personal representatives and assigns, the exclusive and irrevo-
~ cable right of first refusal to purchase the following described
~ real property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, to-wit:
