However, if such sale is not consummated, this Agreement shall remain in effect as to the real property described in the Contract sent to Optionee. If the consummated sales relates to part of the property described in Exhibit "A", this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as to any and all remaining p~operty which has not been sold by Owner. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, all rights hereunder shall terminate as to all of the real property described in Exhibit ~ ~ "A", fifteen (15) years after the date of this Agreement, on the ~ ; ~ ! ~~~day of November, 1999. i, I € p Subsequent to termination of this Agreement as provid- : ~ ed above, rhe Optionee shall, upon Owner's request, execute and ~ acknowledge a document in recordable~form stating such facts as are pertinent and fully relinquishing, waiving, and releasing ~ ~ all rights and obligations hereunder. ~ 6.
