8. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the
entire agreement between the parties and can be modified only by
a writCen instrunent sighed by the parties hereto.
9. Covenants Running With Land; Binding Effect. It ~
is intended that all of the provisions hereto shall inure to the
benefit of and shall be binding on the parties hereto, and their
