Svpplementinq Paragraph 4C, with respect to ralculation
of interest rate changes on each Chanqe Date, the following
sha11 apply:-
a) the interest rate may not be increased or
decreased by more than 2i from the immediately preceding
int~rest rate;
b) the interest rate may not be decreased by more
than 5t belaw the initial interest rate set forth in
Paragraph 2~f this Note (and Paragraph A of the Rider)
(the initial rate);
c) the interest rate may not be increased by more
than 58 above the initial rate unless the sum of the
initial rate p2us 5$ is less than 16.5$, in which case
increases shall be permitted to a maximum of 16.5~
per annum.
