ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT OF TORT CLAIM AND
PAYMENT OF ATT RNEYS FEE AND STS F LITIGATION
Upon consideration of the ~erified Petition of A.
KATHLEEN WHITENACK as Guardian of the property of ALLISON
WHITENACK, a minor/incompeterit, for authority to settle tort
claim and approral and payment of attorneys' fees and costs of
litigation in reqard to the personal injury claim specified in
the said Petition, which claim is a leaal action in Circuit
Court in and for Saint Lucie County, Florida, beinq Case No.
82-584-CA as styled a~o~e, and which Petition reques*_ed
authority to settle tort claim and appro~-al and payment of
attorneys' fees, including costs of litiaation, to CALt7IN B.
BROWN of the law firr! of COLLINS, BROWN, CALDWELL & CARTER, 744
Beachland Blyd., Vero Beach, Florida, for ser~ices rendered in
connection with the aforesaid le4al action, which were more
particularly described in said Petition.
~ IT IS THEREUPON ABJUDGED as follows:
i. That A. KATHLEEN WHITENACK, as Guardian of the
property oF ALLISON WHITENACK, a minor, is hereby authorized to
settle the tort claim described in said petition in Saint Lucie
County, Florida, Circuit Court Case No. 82-584-CA for the total
sum as set forth in Exhibit "A" of said Petition.
2. Tnat A. KATHLE~N WHITENACK, as G~ardian oF the
property of ALLISON WHITENACK, a minor, is hereby authorized to
pay the sum of $80,2f0.74 to CALVIN B. BROWN in f_ull ~
satisfaction for leqal serrices rendered and leaal costs
incvrred with reqard to the afo~esaid action on behalf of the
ward, ALLISON WHITENACK.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Saint
Lucie County, Florida, on this 2~ day of -ember, 1984.
