THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the h]otions for Order for
Distribution of Surplus Funds filed by the Defendants, SUN BANK
OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, PAUL R. HOSKINS, PLAZA PAINT AND DECORATING
CE[vTE~2, INC. d/b;a PLAZA III PAINT AND DECORATING CENTER, and
MF.RLE FLYNN, and after hearing on same and the court being fully
~dvised in the premises, the court finds that the balance
remaining in the Registry of the Court after disbursements in
this cause is $23,981.68 as per the Certificate of Disbursements
' filed 5y the Clerk of the Court on September 25, 1984, and thE

i court further finds that the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY is
~
~
first in priority among the Defendants by virtue of its mortgage
t
~ recorded in O.R. Book 346, Page 981 of the Public Records of St.
~ Lucie County, Florida, ar,d that the UNITED STATF.S OF AMERIC A is
~ second ir priority among the Defendants by virtue of its Federal
~
~
~ Tax Liens recorded in O.R. Book 359, Page 1007 and Page 1622 of
~
~
~ *he Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the court

further finds tha~ the claims of the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY
anr~ the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA combined ehceed the amounts held
~
~
_ by the Clerk of the Circuit Court in the Court Registry whereby
making the priority of the claims of the remaining Defendan*_s
moot. It is ther~:tore
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED t:hat the Clerk of the Circuit Court is
hereby ordered to pay out of the amounts held in the Registry of
