owner and hoider of that certain mortgage dated November S, 1980, executed by THE

198U, in Official Records Book 342, Pages 1847 through 1869, of the Public Kecords of 5t.
Lucie County, Florida.
~11HEREAS, THE S~NDS OCEAN VIEiV DEVEGOP:~IENT has requested LEH1~t:~N ~
~VASSER~IAN, to release the premises hereinafter described being part of said premises
encumbered by the aforedescribed mortgage from ttie lien and operation of said mortgage.
