PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
THE UNUE~ZSIGNED, FOCUS REAL ESTATE FINANCE CO., a Delaware
corporation, the owner and holder of that certain mortgage executed by The Sands Ocean
View Uevelopment dated May 31, 1984, and recorded in Official Records Book 433, at
Page 1744, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby acknowledges the
payment of the sum of TEN U~LLARS ($10.00) and other good an~ valuable consideration,
from THE S~NDS OCEAN VIEW DEVELOP~IENT, a Florida partnership,
WNEKEBY, THE SANDS OCEAN VIEW DEVELOPMENT has requested FOCUS
REAL EST~TE FINANCE CO. to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of
said premises encumbered by the aforedescribed mortgages, from the lien and operation of
said mortgages:
NOW THEREFORB, KNOW YE That F 1CUS REAL ES`fATE FINANCE CO, in
consideration of the premises and of the sum of T`en ($10.00) Dollars to it paid by T}iE
SANllS OCEAN VIEW DEVELOPMENT at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge
from the lien and operation of said mortgages unto THE S~N DS OCEAN VIE W
UEVELUP1rIENT and assigns all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the
premises conveyed by said mortgages, to-wit:
The Condominium Parcel known as Unit 1206 of THE SANDS ON
THE OCEAh, A CONDO~+iINIUyI, SECTION I, according to the Declaration
of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 404, at
Paoe 1995, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, tooether with
an undivided share in the common elements (as defined in the Declaration)
appurtenantthereto.
This instrument also releases Financing Statement Recorded May 31, 1984 in ~
Official Records Book 433, at Page 1922, and Assignment of Leases and Cash Collateral I
ttecorded ~lay 31, 1984 in Offieial Kecords Book 433, at Page 1910, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAYE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto THE SANDS OCEAN
VIEW llEVELUPtvi~NT and its assigns forever, freed, exonerated and dischargd of and from
the lien of said mortgages, and every part ttiereof; provided, always, nevertheless, thet
nothing herein contained shall in any~vise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or
encumbrance of the aforesaid mortgages on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises,
not hereby releasEd therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof,
