INODIFICATION OF IIdORTGAGE AGRSEMBNT
This ~+fodification of Mortgage Agreen~ent dated and entered into the lOth day
of g , 1984 by and between LEHMAN bc WASSERMAN, a Professional Corpora-
tion "Lehmen dc Wasserman") and THE SANDS OCEAN VIEW DEVELOPMENT, a Florida
general partnership (the "Sands").
WITNESSETH:
WHERBAS, Lehman & Wasserman ~s the owner and holder of that certain mortgage
dated November 5, 1980, executed by THE SANDS OCEAN VIE~V DEVELOPMENT, a
Florida Partner~hip, and recorded on November 7, 1980, in Official Records Book 342,
Pages 184? through 1869, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, in consideration of loans and extensions of credit from Lehman ck
Wasserman to the Sands and to more fully secure the payment of said loans and exten- I
sions of credit, the parties agree as follows:
1. The lien of the Lehman d~ R'asserman is extended to encumber the
following described real property. ~I
The Condominium Parcel known as Unit 706, of THE SANDS
ON THE OCEAN, A CONDOMINIUM SECTION I(the "Condo-
minium") according to the Declaration of Condominium there-
of, recorded in Official Records Book 404, at Pages 1995
through 2081, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, together with an undivided share in the common ele-
ments (as defined in the Declaration) appurtenant thereto.
2. The Sands shall bear all costs and expenses associated with the en-
cumbrance of the above described property.
3. Except as modified herein, all terms, covenants and conditions of the
! Mortgage modified hereby shall remain in full force and effect and are ratified, con-
firmed and approved in all respects.
IN WITNFSS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed these presents as of the
