MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE AGREEMBNT
This ~Vlodification of ?liortgage Agreement dated and entered into the 26th day
of Se tember, 1984 by and between HARBOR FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIA-
TION ormerly known as FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS and LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, ("Harbor") and THE SANDS OCEAN VIEW DEVELOPMENT, a Florida general
partnership (the "Sands").
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Harbor is the owner and holder of that certain mortgage dated April 2,
1982, executed by the Sands, in Official Records Book 374 at Pages 703 through ?63 of
the Public Records St. Lucie County, Florida; and ,
WHEftEAS, in consideration of loans and extensions of credit from Harbor to the
Sands and to more fully secure the payment of said loans and extensions of credit, the
parties agree as follows:
1. The lien of the Harbor 1+lortgage is extended to encumber ttie follow-
ing described real property.
The Condominium Parcel known as Unit 706, of THE SANDS
ON THE OCEAN, A CONDOMINIUM SECTION I(the "Condo-
minium") according to the Declaration of Condominiurn there-
of, recorded in Official Records Book 404, at Pages 1995
through 2081, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, together with an undivided share in the common
elements (as defined in the Declaration) appurtenant thereto.
2. The Sands shall bear all costs and expenses associated with the en-
cumbrance of the above described property.
3. Except as modified herein, all terms, covenants and conditions of the
Mortgage modified hereby shall remain in full force and effect and are ratified, con-
firmed and approved in all respects.
