P1IRTIAL RELEASE OF F]ORTGAGES
AND REI.ATED DOCUMENTS
~9HEREAS, HARBOR FEDERIIL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION (hereinafter
referred to as "Mortgagee"), is the owner and holder of a certain Second
riortgaye and Security Agreernent dated April 22, 1983, recorded in
Official Record F3ook 399, Page ~330, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida (hereinaFter referred to as "Second Mortgage"), and a certain
Third Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated 11pri1 20, 1984, recorded
in Official Record Book 429, page 2845, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida (her~inafter referred to as "Third tlortgage"); and
WHEREAS, the above referenced Mortgages were executed by Harbour
Ridge, Ltd., a Florida Limited Partnership, as Mortgagor, (hereinafter
referred to "t~iortgaqor" ) ; and
WHEREAS, tic>rtgagor nas requested Mortgagee to release the premises
hereinafter described, being a part of the mortgaged premises, from the
lien and operation~of the Second riortgage and Third Mortgage.
t10W THEREFORE, Mortgagee, in consideration of the premises and the
sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) paid by Mortgagor at the time o~ ~xecution
hereof, the receipt wr.ereef is hereby acknowledgec~, does remise, release,
quit c~aim, exor,erate and discharge from the lien and operation of the
Second 2~iortgage and Third Mortgage, the Zand and improvements to the
.~xtent that it is part of the property encumbered by the Second Mc~rtgage
and Third Mortgage described as:
Unit 11 ,GREENBRIAR VILLAGE,HARBOUR RIDGE PLAT NO. 2,
~ according to the plat thereof on file in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 24, page 5 and SA-~E.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, to the Mortgagor
freed, exonerated and discharged of and fram the lien of the 5econ3
'-lortgage and Third Mortgage, and every part thereof to the extent that
it is a part of the property encumbered by *he Second 2•iortgage and Third
i•iortqage, provided, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise ir~-
pair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the Second
t•lortgage or Third Mortgage on the ~emaining par~ of the property encum-
bered by such tiortgages, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the
