This instri:ment shall also operate as a partial release of
t•lortgagee's security interest in the ~roperty described in those
certain financing statements recorded in Official Record Book 399,
page 1338, and Official Record Book 429, page 2861, both public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to the extent that the property
c3escribed in the financing statements is part of the property hereby
released. This instrument shall also ooerate as a partial release,
as to the property released hereby, from the terms and provisions of
that certain Collateral Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits as
recorded in Official Record Book 429, page 2855, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
