Grai~tee by acceptance atid executiotz of this Special Warranty
Deed (the "Deed") acktiowledges and agrees that this con~~eyance is
subject in erery aspect to tre provisions set forth in the Deed,
the Frospectus and ali etihibits thereto, the Declaration of
Condominium, and all exhibits thereto, the Declaration ef
Covenants and Restrictions of HAFEOUR R?DGE and all exhibits
thereto, as same may now or hereafter be amended. Grantee
acknowledges receipt and examination of the aforesaid documents
ar.d acknowledges tnat each and every provision thereof is
essential to the successful operation and management of the
Condominium, and is in the in*erest and for the benefit of all~of
the Unit Owners of the Condominium. Grantee covenants and agrees
to abide b~ each and every provision of the aforesaid Declaration
of Condomir~ium and~Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, as
the same may be lawfully amended from time_ to time, and ~he
exhibits attached thereto; including, but not limited to, the

operation of the Condominium, which may be levied against the
Unit, as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium, and the
