All righta,~title and interest of Debtor in and to the
minerals, soil, flowers, shrubs, crops, trees, timber and other
emblements now or bereafter on the property deacribed in Bxhibit
"A" attached hereto therein referred to as "Property") or under or
above the same or any part or percel thereof.
A].1 accounts, contract riqhts, goods, inventory,
intangible persoaal property, licenses, furniture, furnishings, ;
machinery, apparatua, equipmeot• fittings, fixtures, and other
personal property whether actually or constructively attached to
the property and including all trade, domestic and ornamental fix-
tures and ~rticles of personal property of every kind and nature ~i
whatsoever now or hereafter located in, upon or under the Porperty `
or any part thereof and used or ueable in coAn~ection with any pre-
sent or fukure operation of tbe Property and now owned or here-
after acquired by Debtor, including, but without limiting the
generality of the foregoi~g, all heating, air conditioning,
freezinq, liqhting, laundry, inci~erating and power equipmentf ~
engines= pipesi puanps= tanksf motorst conduftsf awitchboardsf
plumbing, liftiag, cleaning, fire prevention, fire extinguishi~g,
refrigeratinqa ventilatinq and coumunicatiana eppara~usf boilers, _
ranges, furnaces, conditioning apparatuaf vacuum cleaning systemst ;
elevators~ escalators~ shadesj aw~ingsf screens~ etorm doors and
windowsj atoveaj wall beds= refrigeratorat attached cabineta;
partitionst ducts and compressors~ ruqs and carpetsj draperies~
furniture and furnishingsf toqether with all b~ilding materials
and equipment now or hereafter delivered to the Property and
intended to be installed therein, fncludinq but not limited to,
lumber, plaster, ceaent, shingles, roofing, plumbing, fixtures,
pipe, lath, walltile, water h~eaters. sreena, window frames, qlass
doors, floorinq, heating and ventilating appliances and equipment,
kitchen goods, botel goods, restuarant goods, bar goods, tools,
lawn equipment, floor coverings, and elevatorst together with all
proceeds, additiona, improvements and accessions thereto and
replacements or substitutione thereof.

~ All of the water, sanitary and storm sewer aystems now or
~ hereafter owned by the Debtor which are now or hereafter located
~ by, over, and/or upon the Property or any part and parcel thereof, ,
f and which water syatem includes all water mains, aervice laterals, ,
~ hydrants, valves and appurtena~ces, and which sewer system includes
~ ali sanitary aewer lines, including mains, laterals, manholes and
appurtenances.

~ All paving for streets, roads, walkways or entrance ways
~ now or hereafter owned by Debtor and which are now or hereafter

~ or rental arrangements and includinq all present and future
security deposits and advance rentals.

and to all agreements for the sale of the Property, or any part
thereof, heretofore made and entered into, a~d in and to all sale
aqreements hereafter made and entere~i into, by or on behalf of
~ebtor, together with all depositB and payments in connection
therewith, together with any and all receivables now or hereafter
due Debtor with respect to such aqreements.
