for the losa of or damaqe to: ~a) the Property or pera nal
property= or (b) renta, revenues, incaae, profits or proceede from
service agreemente or contracts• leases, franchisea, concessions
or licensea of or on aoy part of the'Property.
All contracts aad contract righta and accounts of Debtor
now or hereafter arising from contracts ~ow or hereafter entered
into in connection vith development, construction upo~ or opera-
tion of the ProQerty, tiacludinq ~ithout limitation, all depoaits
held by o; on behalf of the Debtor, and all taanagement, franchise,
and service agreements related to the business now or hereafter
conducted by Debtor on the Property).
All of the right, title and interest of the Debtor in and
to any trademarks, trade ~ames, aamea of businesses, or fictitious
names of any kind used in conjunctfon with the operation of any
business or endeavor located on tbe Property.
All of Debtor's iaterest in all utility security deposits
or bonds on the Property or aay part or parcel thereof.
Toge~her with all inatruments, documents, chattel papexs
a~d qeneral iataaqfbles relatinq to or arisfng fraa the forego~ng
collateral and all caeh and non-cash praceeds and products thereof.
