and HEIDI VON RIEBEN, VICO GEORG VON RIEBEN and PETER HERMAN VON
RIEBEN, as Joint Tenanta with the Right of Survivorship, and not

That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ~

a Subdivision according to the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 13, page 19, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations and
easements of record; zoning and other reg ulatory ordinances and
taxes for the year 1984.
And said Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, ~
and will defend the same against the lawful claims af all persons
whomsoever. '
