right angles, and parallel with the West Right-of-Way Line
of said Canal C-29; thence Northerly, along the said parallel
line, a distance of 50 feet, more or less, to the Point of
Beginning.
EXPRESSLY SAVING AND RESERVING UNTO THE GRANTOR HEREIN THE
FOLLOWING:
a) The easement and easement rights granted to the Grantor
herein by Adams Ranch, Inc., in that certain deed dated
March 27, 1968, which is recorded in Official Record Book
171 at page 324 of the St. Lucie County, Florida public
records.
b) An easement forever for a right-of-way to be used for
the c~nstructior., operation and maintenance of one or
more overhead and underground electric transmission and ~
distribution lines, including, but not limited to wires,
poles, "H" frame structures, towers, cables, conduits,
anchors, guys and roads and trails and equipment associ-
ated therewith, attachments and appurtenant equipment for
communication purposes and one or more pipelines, and
appurtenant eguipment for the transmission of substances
of any kind (all of the foregoing hereinaf ter referred
to as "facilities"), aver, under, in, on, upon and across:
- The South ten (10) feet of the above described

change the voltage, as well as the nature or physical

facilities or any part of them upon, across, over or under
; the above described right-of-way with all rights and
~ privileges necessary or convenient for the full enjoy-
! ment or the use thereof for the hereir. described purposes,
! including, but not limited to, the right to cut and keep .
~ clear all trees and undergrowth and other obstructions ,
within said right-of-way and on lands of Grantee adjoining
~ said right-of-way that may ~nterfere with the proper con-
~ struction, operation and maintenance of such facilities
~ or any part of them, the right to mark the location of 3ny
~ underground facilities by above ground and other suitable
r markers and the right of ingress and egress for personnel
~ and equipment of Grantor, its contractors, agents, successors
~ or assigns, over the adjoining lands of the Grantee, for
~ the purpose of exercising and enjoying the rights granted
~ by this easement and any or all of the rights granted here-
under.

~ The Grantee, however, shall have the right and privilege
~ to use the above-described right-of-w~ay ~or agricultural
~ and other purposes except as herein granted or as might
interfere or be inconsistent with the use, occupation,
maintenance or enjoyment thereof by Grantor or its suc-
cessors or assigns, or as might cause a hazardous condition;
provided, hawever, and by acceptance hereof, Grantee so
expressly agrees that no portion of the right-of-way shall
be excavated, altered, obstructed, improved, surfaced or
paved without the prior written permission of the Grantor,
or its successars or assigns, and no building, well, irri-
