This Rider is made this ~'~8t~ day of December , 198 4,
and is incorporate~ into and s~ia~l be deemed to amend and supple-
ment the Mortgage, Deed of Trust, or Deed to Secured Debt (the
"Security Instri.anent" ) of the same date given by the undersig ned

AND ~OAN A~~UCI~~ION (the "Lender" ) oE the same date
the "Note") and covering the ~roperty described in the Security

In addition to the covenants and agreements made in the
Sec urity Instrument, Borrawer and Lender further covenant and
agree as follows:
A. PROBIBITION OF FU RTHER ENCUKBRANC6
The Security Instrument is amended to include the following
'i as an additional covenant o~ Borrower:
' 24. Agreement Not to Further Bncumber. As part of the
inducement for Lender to Make the Loan evidenced by the Note an~
; Martgage, Borrower covenants and agrees not to mortgage, f inance,
~ or otherwise further enc~.x!~ber any interest (either legal or
~ beneficial) in or any part of the Property, without the prior
written consent of Lender. In the event any such encumbrance is
mad e by the Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option, may declare all
the s uns secured by the Mortgage to be immediately due and pay-
able. If Lender exercises such option to accelerate, Lender
shall mail Borrower notice of acceleration in accordance with
~ paragraph 14 hereof. Such notice shall provide a period of not
~ less than thirty (30) days from the date of notice is mailed
i within which Borrower may pay the swns declared due. If Borrower
fails to apply such s~.ans prior to the expiration of such period,
Lender may, without further notice or demand on 9orrower, invoke
any remedies permif~ted by paragraph 18 of the Mortgage.
