ORDER CAN~ELLING JUDICIAL SALE, NUNC PRO TUNC,
AND AMEND FINAL JUDGEMENT OF FORECLOSURE
THIS CAUSE came on for the Court's consideration on tne
Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel Judicial Sale, Nunc Pro Tunc, and
Amend Final Judgement of Foreclosure and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon:
ORDERED:
1. That the judicial sale scheduled Eor the 19th day of
December, 1984, be and the same is hereby cancelled, nunc pro

tunc. ~
2. That paragraph 5 of the Final Judgement of Foreclosure

; entered on the 19th day of November, 198~ be and the same is
h~reby amended to direct the Clerk to sell the property at public

sale on the ~l S'~day of 985, in

accordance with Florida Statute 45.031.

k 3. That the Final Judgement of Foreclosure heretofore filed

~ in all other respects is hereby ratified and reconfirmed.
