TO: THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS AND ALL
OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by the
above named Plaintiff against the above named defendants on the
~~st day of December, I984, in the above entitled Court,
involving the following described real property situate, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 19, BloCk 564, PORT ST. LUCIE SEC2ION THIRTEEN,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 13, page 4, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose that
certain indenture o£ mortgage dated March 30, 1984, from Rocco
Bassolino and B. Maria Bassolir.a, his wife, to Harbor Federal

~ Savings and Loan Association (formerly First Federal Savings and

~ Loan Association of Fort Pierce), which said indenture of

~ mortgage is recorded in O. R. Book 428 at page 131 of the public
~ records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
