sale of real praperty, the Court finds that all interested persans have been
served proper notice of this Petition, or have waived notioe thereof, that no
objections have been filed within the time required by law, that the material
allegations of the Petition are tnze, and that it is i.n the best ~nterests of
the estate and neoess~y for the purpose of facilitating distribution of the
estate to sell the property descri.bed in the netition at private sale, upon
the tenns and at the price descriY~d in the Petition, it is therefore
