Petitioner, as persanal representative of the abo~~e estate, alleges: ~

1. The decedent, ~RIA A. PETERSON ~ ~ ~

a resident of St . Lucie County, Florida, died on September 29 , lg 83 ,
and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on November 4 , 19 84
2. Petitioner files herewith either a final accounting containing a complete report of all
receipts and disbursements since the commencement of admi~istration of this estate, or since the date
of the last accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers signed by all interested persons, other
than Petitioner, waiving the filing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate making payment, settlement, or other
disposition of all claims and debts that were pre~ented, and by paying or making provision for the
payment of all taxes and expe~~~es of administration.
4, The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal representatives,
attorneys, accountants, appraisers or other agents employed by the personal representative is set forth

~ in Exhibit A attached hereto.

~ Petitioner has filed ail rec~uired estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and
~ with the De artment of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court

evidence af the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.

~ 6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the assets of this estate as set

~ forth in the schedule of distribution attached hereto as Exhibit B.

_ 7. The only persons, other than Petitioner, having an interest in this proceeding and their
