PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
Petitioner, LINCOLN FIRST TRUST COMPANY OF FLORIDA,
N.A., Florida Ancillary Personal Representative of the Estate ~
of Arnold Feldman, deceased, by William A. Nichols, President,
alleges:
1. Decedent, Arnold Feldman, a resident of Westchester
County, New York, died on December 21, 1982, and Ancillary Letters
of Administration were issued to Petitioner on November 15,
1983 .
2. A Waiver and Consent, with respect to the final
accounting, has been executed by the beneficiary and filed with
the court. '
3. Petitioner f~lly administered this estate by making
~ payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims and debts
~

that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the

payment of taxes and expenses of administration.

~ 4. The amounts of compensation, either paid or to

t be paid to the Personal Representative, attorneys, accountants,

~ appraisers or other agents employed by the Ancillary Personal

~ p yet been determined, and said amounts
£ shall be paid by Lincoln First Bank, N.A., NBW Division, Domiciliary

5. All required estate tax returns have been filed
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
Revenue of the State of Florida, and evidence of the satisfaction
of this estate's obligation~`for both federal and Florida estate
~ taxes, if any, has been filed with this court.
