NBW Division, James J. Meter, Vice President and Trust Officer.
Z~e only persons, other than the Ancillary Personal Representative,
having an interest in this proceeding and their respective addresses
are LINCOLN FIRST BANR, N.A., NBW DIVISION, 31 Mamaroneck Avenue,
White Plains, New York. 10601, Trustee.
Petitioner requests that an Order be entered discharging
Petitioner as Ancillary Personal Representative of this estate
and releasing the surety on any bond the Petitioner may have
posted in this proceeding fxom any f urther liability on it.
