WHEREAS, FRANKLIN A. HARRIS, has been appointed
Successor Guardian of the property of LANDFR CHARLES WARREN,
incompetent, and has taken the prescribed oath and performed
all other acts necessary to qualify as such guardian:
NOW, THEREEORE, I, the undersigned Judge of the
above entitled Court, declare FRANKLIN A. HARRIS, duly
qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to act as
the guardian of the property of LANDER CHARLES WARREN,
incompetent, with full power to administer the estate of said
incompetent according to law, and to take possession of and
to hold, for the benefit of said incompetent, all the
i property of said incompetent, and of the rents, income,
