LUCIE COUNTY FLORIDA. i 'I ~i : " ' CASE NO: 84-377-CP , . _ , , IN RE: Guardianship of ~ ~ ELMER SMITH ~ Incompetent. / ~ ORDER APPOINTING SUCCESSOR GUARDIAN i It has come to the attentior. of the Court that ILENE CABOT ~ the duly-qualified, acting Guardian of the person and property of ELMER SMITH, desires to be releasd from her positin as Guardian and that she will file her resignation as such guardian and shall petition for discharge; and the Court being fully advised, it is ADJUDGED that: a) Informal notice of the Guardian's resignation shall be given to the following, by mail: Elmer Smith c/o Port St. Lucie Conv alescent Center Port St. Lucie, FL 33452 b) The t~ard's interest will not be jeopardized by the Petitioners's resignation. ' c) Upon filing of the final accounting, the Resignation of ~ Guardian ana the Petition for Discharge, the Petitior.er shall be ~ t reZieved of all further duties, and the Court hereby appoints ~ ~ ~ Alberta S. Widman, Esquire, as Successor Guardian. t ~ d) Acceptance of the resignation of the guardian shall not ~ ~ exonerate the guardian from any liability previously ir,curred and ~ he shall not be discharged until the guardian has filed a true € ~ ~ and correct account of ELMER SMITH, guardianship ar,d delivered to ~ the successor guardian all property of the ward, all records ~ ~ concerning the property of the ward or of the guardianship, and ~ ~ all money due to the ward from the guardian; however, all requirements have been fL:lly complied with, an order of discharge will be entered.
