LETTERS OF SUCCESSOR GUARDIANSHIP
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, ALBERTA S. WIDMAN, has been appointed successor
guardian of the person and property of ELMER SMITH, incompetent,
and has taken the prescribed oath, a»d performed all othcr acts `
necessary to qualify as such guardian.
NOW THEREFORE I, the undersigned judge of the above entitled
court, declare ALBERTA S. WIDMAN, duly qualified under the the
laws of the State of Florida to act as the successor guardian of
the person and property of ELMER SMITH, incompetent will~ full
power to administer the estate of said incompetent according to
law, and to take possession of and to hold, for the benefit of
said incompetent, all the property of said incompetent, and of
the rents, income, issues, and profits from it.
