PETITION AUTHORIZING SALE OF PROPERTY
I Petitioner, Carl Carlton, Sr., as personal representative

of this estate, allges:
i 1. One of the assets of the estate is real property

described as: Lot 22, Block 5, FAIRLAWN SUBDIVISION.
2. Petitioner has received an offer to purchase the

I described real Droperty upon the following terms and conditions:

I ~12,200.00 cash. ;
I~l 3. For the protection of the Petitioner, Petitioner

I desires that this Honorable Court enter its Order approving said
sale and authorizing the personal representative to enter into
said transaction.
4. Petitioner considers that it is for the best interest

of the estate and of those interested in it that the real pro-
~ ~i Derty described be sold at the price and upon the terms offereci
~ ~i for the reason that there is no cash in the estate to pay the
