ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF PROPERTY
On che Petition of the Personal Representative of this
estate for an Order authorizing the sale of real property, the
Court finds that all interested pers~ns have waived notice thereof
and that the material allegations of the Petition are true and
that it is in the best interests of the estate and necessary for
the purpose of paying creditors and the costs of administration
of the estate to sell the property described in the Petition at
private sale, upon the terms and at the price described in the
Petition, it is
ADJUDGED that the personal representative is authorized
to sell the real property described as: Lot 22, Block 5, FAIRLAWN
~ SUBDIVISION, at private sale for the sum of $12,200.00 cash and
