share and share alike, to be theirs absolutely, per stirpes and
not per capita.
IV. PR~VISION AGAINST UNINTrNTIONAL OMISSION. I have
made no bequest in favor of my mother, ELIZABETH HUTCIIINSON,
under this will, because I have made other provisions for her
support and medical expenses during my lifetime.To m1~ knowledge .
I have no issue, heirs or other persons ~aho may be entitled
by any law present or future, to be named in or provided for in
my Will. However, in the event that after my death, any person
shall claim a right ~o have been named in or provided for in
my Will, and shall prove to the satisfaction of my Executor that
such person is, by any law tr~en in effect, entitled to be herein
named or provided for, then I do hereby provide for such person
or persons by bequeathing to him cr to her, to each or to all
of them, the surt of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars.
V. POWERS OF EXECUTOR. I hereby direct that my

have full power and authority to sell, encumber, leGse or
~ othercti~ise dispose of the real and nersonal property contained

in my estate witnout order ~f court.
