Petitioner, CLARAE3EL VAN TUYL, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interESt in the above estate as the person
nominated as Personal Representative by decedent's Will. Petitioner's
residence and mailing address is 506 West Plantation Boulevard, Lake Mary,
Florida 32746. The name and address of Petitioner's attorney are set forth
at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, MARJORIE LOUISE SMITf~ER, also known as
MARJORIE F. SMITHER, whose last known address was 1393 Bay Shore
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and whose Social Security number is
261-62-8315, died on November 29, 1984 at Davie, Floricia. At the time of
death, decedent was domici led in St. Lucie County , Florida. I n accardance
with Rule 5.205(a)(1 ) of the Rules of Probate and Guardianship Procedure, a
certified copy of the death cert~ficate shall be filed within three (3) months
' follo~ving the date of the first publication of the Notice of Administration.
