died domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. I
5. CLARABEL VAN TUYL, whose address is listed above and
who is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to st: ve as Personal
Representative of the decedent's estate, is entitled to preference in
appointment as Personal Representative because she is the person nominated
as Personal Representative by decedent's Will.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this estate
is real and personal property with an estimated value of less than ~60,000.
7, This estate will not be required to file a Federal Estate Tax
Retu rn .
8. The original of the decedent's Last Will, dated November 1,
1977, accompanizs this Petition. The Ih'ill is self-proved.
9. Petitioner is unaware of any other unre~oked Will or Codicils ,
of the decedent.
10. No bond is required as bond is waived in decedent's said

Petitioner requests that the decedent's Last Will be admitted to
probate and that CLARABEL VA.N TUYL be appointed as Personal
Representative of the estate of the decedent, to serv2 without posting of

~ bond. Petitioner waives service of Notice of Administration.
