~ County, Florida, make this, my LAST WILL, and revoke al) prior Wills and Codicils. !

ARTICLE I
My Personal Representative shall pay from my residuary estate all

funera! expenses, costs of administration, including ancillary, costs of safeguarding
and delivering bequests and any other proper charges against my estate. I
further ~+:rect my Personal Representative to pay from the residue of my estate,
I
without apportionment, ali estate and inheritance taxes assessed by reason of
my death. ! waive for my estate all rights of reimbursement for any payment
made. Payments shall be made by my Personal Representative as soon as practical
afte~ my decease without inconver.ience to my estate.
ARTICLE II
I give all of the furniture, dishes, vases and all other personal property
; that belonged to my late husband, ROBERT C. SMITHER, and his family to my

~ sister-in-law, CATHERINE 5. CALLAHAN, with a request that she divide these
~

i items among my late husband's heirs as she deems best. In the event there are any
t
~ remaining items which none of my late husband's heirs desire, then I direct that
~
~ these items be sold and the proceeds thereof distributed to the said CATHERINE
~
~ S. CALLAHAN, per stirpes.
~ ARTICLE III

~ I give all of the furniture, dishes, vases and all other personal property

~ that belonged to the Schuck family to my uncle, ALFRED SCHUCK, with a request

~ that he divide these items among my heirs as he deems best. In the event there are
any remaining ifems which none of my heirs desire, then I direct that these items
be sold and the proceeds thereof be divided equally amang ALFRED SCHUCK,
ANTHONY SCHUCK, HOWARD SCHUCK, ROBERT SCHUCK and LOUISE S.
CUTRIGHT, or the survivors thereof.
