items of tangible personal property not otherwise specifically disposed of by this
Will. In the event I do so, this separate writing will be signed by me and it will

ARTICLE V :
I give all of the rest of my property, of all kinds wherever situated
belonging to me, including any property over which 1 have a power of appointment
or other testamentary disposition as follows:
A. One-ninth (1/9) thereof to THE FIRST CHURCH OF CHRIST
SCIENTIST in Boston, IV:assachusetts.
B. One-ninth (1 J9) thereof to the FIRST CHURCH OF CHRIST
SCIENTIST in Fort Pierce, Florida.
C. One-ninth (1/9) thereof to my uncle, ALFRED SCNUCK.
D. One-ninth (1/9) thereof to my uncle, ANTHONY SCHUCK.
E. One-ninth (1/9) thereof to my cousin, HOWARD SCHUCK.
4 F. One-ninth (1/9) thereof to my cousin, ROBERT SCHUCK.
