ARTICLE VII
My Personal Representative shall have, in addition to those powers pro- ;
vided by law, full and unrestrieted discretionary power and authority to hold, _
manage, control, sell, improve, grant, convey, deliver, assign, transfer, iease,
, option, mortgage, pledge, borrow upon the credit of, contract with respect to or :
' otherwise deal with or dispose of the property of my estate, without any duty upon
any person dealing with her to see to the application of any money or other property
delivered to her; to make distribution in kind and to cause any share to be composed
of cash, property or undivideci fractional shares in property different in kind from
any other shares; to sell at public or private sale alt of the property of my estate
and to make all distributions in cash; to execute and deliver such instruments
as may be necessary to carry out any of these powers and to do any other acts
which she may deem necessary or desirable for the proper execution or discharge
of any powers or duties held by or imposed upon her, whether by the terms of, this
Will or b~y applicable law, without application to or order of court, it being my
intention to confer every power of management which m~ght be conferred upon her
; by an express enumeration of separate powers .
