The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
sole beneficiary under decedent's last will. Her name and address
is set forth in paragraph 3 and the name and address of her attorney
is set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, BLAIR M. PATTERSON, whose last known
address was 412 East Erie Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450,
and, if known, whose age was 76 years old, anci whose social security
number is OEil-09-9628, died on August 16, Z984, at Lawnwood Medical
Center, and at the time of death decedent was domic~led in St.
Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate and of decedent's surviving spouse, if any, their
addresses and relationship to decedent, and the ages of any who
are minors, are:
