I, BLAIR ri. PATTERSON, a resident of Fort Pierce, St.
Lucie County, Florida, being of sound mind and memory, do i
make this my Last Will and Testarnent, hereby revoking and '
annulling all others by me heretofore made.
FIRST: I will and direct that all my just debts,
including medical and funeral expenses, be paid as soon
after my death as may be reasonably convenient.
SECOND: I hereby will, bequeath and devise all of my
property, both real and persor.al, of ~ahatsoever nature and
wheresoever located, ta my daughter, LYNN E. PATTERSON, to
be hers in fee simple absolute.
THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
daughter, LYNN E. PATTERSON, Personal Representative of
this my Last Will and Testament, and I expressly confer upon
her as said Personal Representative, power to administer my
~ estate, excusing her from giving any bond, or making any

returns to the Court. I expressly confer upon her full
c authority and power t~ sell and convey any part of, or all

~ of my estate, at public or private sale, with or without

~ notice as she may deem best, and without any Order of Court.

~ I authorize her to make good and sufficient conveyances to
~ any purchaser, and i further hereby expressly confer upon

~ her the authority and power to borrow money for the use of

~ my said estate in any instance where she may think it
~
~
~ necessary and oroper, and to secure the same by rnortgage,
~
~ trust deed, or other form of security, to or ~ap~n any part
of my estate.
In tn~ event that LYNN E. PATTERSON does not serve as
Personal Representative, I hereb;~ nominate and appoint JOYCE
M. KINNETT of Atlanta, Georgia as alternate Personal
