Petitioner, MARY STEVENS ~iARSHALL, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
Personal Representative - nominated in will.
Petitioner's name and address are: MAI2Y STEVENS MARSHALL, 3106
Avenue C, Ft. Pierce, FL 33450 and the name and address of Peti-
tioner's Attorney are set forth at the end of this Petition.
3. Decedent, GENEVA GILLERSON GIBSON, whose last known
address was 2604 Avenue E, Ft. Pierce, FL 33450 and, if known,
whose age was 58 and whose social security number is 266-34-1011
died on October 20, 1984 at Lawnwood Medical Center, and at the
' time of death decedent was domiciled in Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie
~ County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
f of this estate and of the decede:~t's surviving spouse, if any,
