W I T N E S S E T H .
The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Last Will and Testament with
regard to the Estate of JACKIE LOUIE CAYNON, and in consideration of the
premises and the sum of LOVE AND AFFECTION, grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, r~leases, conveys an~ confirms to the Party of the Second Part, his
heirs and assigns forever, the real property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida, legally described, to-wit;
Lot 27, Block 9, LINCOLN PARK N0. 2.
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 4, at Page 77, of the Public
Records of St, Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to all r.tortgages, easements and encumbrances of Public Records.
TOGETHER with al.l and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second Part, his heirs, and
assigns, in ree simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the Party of the
Second Part, his heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in
and about this conveyance and the laws of the State of Florida have been
foliowed and complied with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Farty of the First Part, as Personal Representative
of the Estate of JACKIE L. CAYNON, Deceased, has set her hand and seal the
day and year first above written.
